Huna was originally called Ho'omana. Ho'o means to make. Mana means life force. Taken together the word Ho'omana means empowerment or to empower. Huna is about empowerment, about increasing your spirituality, energy and metaphysical healing powers.

Have you ever wanted to improve your relationship with others, heal your past or make all the wrongs, right?

Ho'oponopono ("to make right") is a healing process used by ancient Hawaiians of the past and those that practice Huna today to align with and clean up our genealogy as well as to clean up our relationships with other people in our lives. When we forgive others we are forgiving ourselves.

Track 1: Matt James provides a brief introduction to Huna and Ho’oponopono.

Track 2: Ho’oponopono induction lead by Matt James. Matt guides you through the the Ho’oponopono process of healing.  It is designed for everyday use in an easy to use, easy to follow format.

This CD is great for those interested in learning Huna and both beginner and advanced Huna students
